Last Wednesday, at my meeting, Lynda Rees spoke about the need for a bookkeeper.

(Side note: not too many words in English have 3 double letters in a row, and i think that they are all related to bookkeeping. )

A few things she brought up:
* just because your bank account has money in it, does not mean that everything is accounted for.
* not all charges that you don't know what they are go into "miscellaneous"
* be careful not to mix your personal and business expenses

There was much more, but that's enough to start us today.

Yesterday at LeadTribes , we had a great presentation from Sue McGrath . She talked about her wholesale travel platform. It's basically like costco, with a return of membership fees: if you have the upper level of membership, then you can use your membership fees towards future vacations. Yeah, fantastic discounts on hotels and life experiences, etc.
