Before I joined the world Real Estate, I worked in the challenging sector of medical sales, and was a Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest medical equipment manufacturers in North America, handling the international sales market. With sales being a great passion of mine, I enjoyed the many challenges such as penetrating new markets, which resulted in exponential growth and prosperity for

Going house hunting? Before you go, make sure you use the bathroom! Sure, the homeowners of the house for sale may be okay with you using their toilet. However, it can be pretty awkward.
Even more awkward? Using a toilet where the water in the house has already been turned off! 🤭 Consider yourself warned!

This month went by quickly, but listings? Not so much. 🤔

Sales have drastically decreased since this time last year (47% in the GTA) and days on market moving up to 20, Toronto moves more towards a balanced market. ⚖️

A recent interest rate hike has caused some market concern at the moment. Remember that the Toronto Market is rising according to all long-term analyses; this is why it is advised to "buy real estate and wait.”

𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁? That’s the question most buyers are struggling to answer in today’s current housing market, as prices continue to appreciate, alongside climbing interest rates.

Here's my advice ... there won’t be a perfect moment anytime soon — but that shouldn’t stop you if you’re ready. Prices AND interest rates are expected to climb even higher, which means the longer you wait, the lower your buying power gets.
