Well it's 2023! The GTA real estate is in turmoil due to some major permanent societal and market shifts.
Here are my thoughts based on my belief of where the below factors are trending and the source of their influence.

I'd like to share this listing because it's so unique. It's a older building 1970's but amazing space, huge balcony, unobstructed south view - over 1200sqft. It could use a little reno to update it, but a updated unit sold for 800k about 2 months ago. Listed for 599k. September was the return of the fall market. It was slower than normal with all the distractions from the election and Covid reopening. The New Construction projects are out in full tilt. The projections are high, mostly above 1k per sqft. But the GTA is poised for growth with many new companies and new immigrants choosing TO.
