Misunderstanding of Loyalty!

Clients are loyal to their bank but their bank is not always loyal to them!

A lot of the times banks offer their existing clients a rate that is sometimes higher than for potential new clients. This happens quite often and causes clients to shop around from bank to bank for a better deal.
As a mortgage agent, I have access to all the rates from all lenders and I do the competitive shopping for you with only one credit bureau pull and save you money!

When your mortgage term comes to end, you typically have to renew your mortgage to a new term that will suit your current needs. Some people may be the lucky ones and come to the end of their mortgage by paying it off completely and become mortgage free!

At the time of renewal, you can
- make a lump sum payment
- get into a better rate
- change the mortgage type (from fixed to variable or vice versa)
- or decide that it’s time to consolidate any outstanding debt into the mortgage to ease up your monthly cash flow!

Here’s an easy breakdown for the down payment options. Minimum down payment is 5%.
Some lenders encourage you to give a higher down payment and let you take advantage of much lower rates.
This is very beneficial as not only your mortgage amount is lower but so are your payments due a lower interest rate!
