Ever wondered what the difference between all the Canadian savings accounts are? It can seem confusing!
TFSA = short term anytime goals with flexible withdrawal options and tax-free growth
RRSP = long term goals, funds can only be taken out for retirement or first home purchase
FHSA = only applicable if you’re a first time home buyer, up to $40,000 ($8,000 per year) tax-free savings that can be withdrawn for buying your first home.
