The Trillium Kids Foundation's goal is to raise $60,000 to help approximately 200 kids to be able to attend Summer camp & to be able to participate in activities such as boating, swimming, hiking, and more with other kids who are
also affected by this deadly disease,Cancer.This is also a once in a lifetime opportunity for these kids because they often have a short life span and this opportunity will give them enjoyment and happiness. This money will also be invested to support families who are unable to pay for treatment because of various reasons, and it will be used to assist these families with food, shelter, clothing, travel needs, and to establish a special schloraship for these kids to assist in their future educational needs. For many families , having a child who is diagnosed with Cancer is an enormous financial burden or strain. Having a sick child with Cancer requires one parent to have to sacrifice their job by leaving to care for that sick or dying child. the end result can be the inability to meet even their own basic daily expenses. The financial assistance that our foundation provides to families are to provide emergency funding when all other options have been exhausted. The remainder of the donations are donated to research to help to find a cure and to support our vision of a world without cancer and children who will have a cancer free childhood.
