Interac e-Transfer®AutoDeposit is fast and convenient and if you have the AutoDeposit feature enabled, any money that you receive via Interac e-Transfer® will be deposited into your credit union account automatically, without the need for you to answer a security question. Once enabled, AutoDeposit will deposit funds in your chosen account without any additional steps. Not only does that mean fewer steps to complete your transfer, it also means less time worrying about email fraud. Our ongoing monitoring programs have detected higher levels of fraud in certain countries, which may result in debit or ATM card transactions being declined there. For those who frequently visit the US, you can sign a Bond of Indemnity, granting you full access to your card without needing to notify us each time for the specified states. This also includes passwords for Interac e-Transfer®. Our industry is seeing an increase in attempted brute force attacks, continue to be vigilant, monitor your transactions and contact us immediately if there is any suspicious activity. Questions?
