Section 23.1(2) GEN, requires a separate detailed written disclosure to be made at the earliest opportunity to the client being referred.

My Realtor Colleagues did you know, if a RECO registration cycle ends this year in 2024, the agent must complete the CE courses mandated for their current registration cycle, which includes the 2023 Update course + 2 Elective courses.

Pi**ed at TREB - what's the point of having the new login if the TREB ID and password cannot be remembered by our Computer - isn't the phone code enough security?
Is TREB Security more secure than Banks? Why waste money for this new crap that takes more time to log-in. Wasted monies?

On the weekend my Skyslope stopped working. There was no way to contact sky slope since they are 'some sort of secret agency not displaying their support Links' anywhere. so frustrating thinking that it was something I am doing wrong and checking my emails setups and so much wasted time re-doing the documents - still no luck.
called TREBS help desk this morning g and the gave me Skyslpes Toll Free number - can you guess what the issue was???

I needed to go back into my MacBook and reset the date - although the date and time has been automatically done by Apple but not good enough for Skyslope. What kind of nonsense is this? If this was an issue you would think they send out a note to all to get this done. Absolute nonsense!!

We need to have more suppliers so we can w**d out the useless suppliers like sky slope and Broker Bay - there is always some stupid stuff with these low-tier suppliers.

In todays Globe & Mail This newscast does no build any confidence in the economy or the Real Estate Market getting better anytime soon. I don't believe the Bank of Canada's tinkering of lowering or raising interest rates by ¼ or ½ will have any significant reprieve in the Market. Share your thoughts please.
