We’re pleased to announce that Lankin Apartment REIT has acquired 1551 Lycee Place, a 258-unit multifamily residential community in Ottawa, Ontario.

The acquisition expands the REIT’s presence in the National Capital Region and aligns with Lankin’s continued focus on institutional-grade multifamily properties in select Canadian markets supported by long-term housing demand fundamentals. Ottawa remains a market closely watched by investors due to its diversified economy, government-anchored employment base, and established rental housing sector.

With the addition of 1551 Lycee Place, Lankin Apartment REIT continues to expand its portfolio of Canadian multifamily rental communities.
