🚨 New HST rebate proposal = good news… but don’t rush into a purchase just yet.

Right now, the rules, guidelines, and implementation details are still not fully clear. If the only reason you’re qualifying or moving forward is because you’re banking on this HST rebate, you need to be very careful.

Even builders are protecting themselves with clauses in contracts saying that if the rebate doesn’t come through, the buyer may still be responsible.

So before you make a major decision based on headlines, slow down, ask questions, and make sure you fully understand the risk.
