This last year has taught me many things about what it means to be unselfish and put others needs before my own.

I can already tell that having you in my life has made me a better man and has fulfilled me in a way I never thought possible.

I am grateful to be your Dad and have a family of my own.

I love your silly laughs, the way you wave to everyone and everything and I can already see a brave, confident and happy personality shining through.

I want to keep that magical spark you have alive and show you all the good there is in life.

Do you pay off debt or invest your money?

It can be a tough decision, but there are five things I believe you need to ask yourself before you make the decision one way or the other...
..and I have a new video on this very topic for you today on my channel.

The considerations are:

Do you have an emergency fund?

Do you know the difference between good and bad debt?

Do you understand the impact of the Interest Rate?

What is your investment approach and risk tolerance?

What is your relationship with debt?

Once you answer these questions for yourself, you’ll probably have a good sense of which way to go.

The reality is, there is no one answer that is right for everyone. There are a lot of factors to consider, but the goal of my latest video is to make it all easier for you!
