Ride day is getting close.

In just a few weeks, I’ll be riding in support of
The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, helping raise funds for research that directly impacts patients and families across Canada.

The Ride to Conquer Cancer has raised over $320 million since it began, and every contribution helps move that work forward. My goal this year is $2,500.

If you’re able to support, it would mean a great deal.

Thank you for helping to Carry The Fire.

Referrals aren’t created by asking for them.

They’re built through consistent experiences, clear communication, steady follow-up, and making the process feel simple and reliable from start to finish.

When clients feel confident in how you work, referring you becomes natural.

Behind every review is a relationship built on trust.

Taking the time to explain clearly, stay available, and guide each step of the process is what shapes the experience clients remember. It’s never just about the mortgage, it’s about how people feel going through it.

That’s what continues to matter most.

The Ride to Conquer Cancer is about coming together to support meaningful change.

Every contribution goes toward research that helps improve outcomes and supports those affected by cancer.

My goal this year is $2,500.

If you’d like to be part of it, your support would be greatly appreciated.

Housing prices have eased across parts of Canada, but for many Gen Z buyers, homeownership still feels uncertain.

Even with softer prices, concerns around affordability, income, and timing continue to hold people back. At the same time, many in the industry are seeing a different reality, buyers who are more prepared than they think, with options that often aren’t fully understood yet.

The gap isn’t always about opportunity.

It’s often about clarity.

When expectations, financing options, and long-term strategy are clearly laid out, the path to homeownership can feel a lot more achievable than it first appears.

This year, I’m riding in support of cancer research.

It’s a chance to be part of something that goes beyond the ride itself, supporting work that continues to make a difference for patients and families.

I’ve set a goal of raising $2,500.

If you’d like to support, it would mean a lot.

Experience changes what you pay attention to.

Over time, you start to notice the small things, the details that don’t quite line up, the questions that haven’t been asked, and the risks that aren’t obvious yet.

That’s often where the biggest value is created, in what gets caught early, not what gets fixed later.

The first question often sets the tone for everything that follows.

Less experienced brokers tend to focus on the outcome right away. More experienced brokers slow things down and focus on understanding first because better context leads to better advice.

It’s a small difference, but it changes the entire experience for the client.

This year, I’m riding in support of life-saving cancer research.

The Ride to Conquer Cancer helps fund work that directly impacts patients, families, and communities across the country, something that touches all of us in one way or another.

I’ve set a personal goal of raising $2,500, and every contribution helps support that mission.

If you’d like to be part of it, your support would mean a great deal.
