Access to intensive mental health care shouldn't mean putting your education on hold.

That's the vision behind a new partnership between OMERS employer Rainbow District School Board and Compass' Step Up Step Down program.

Opening this fall in Sudbury, the live-in program will allow youth to continue their education while receiving intensive mental health support close to home.

There are eight new interns from one of our employers who reached a major milestone.

On June 10, students from the Greater Essex County District School Board graduated from the Project SEARCH program at St. Clair College after a year of hands-on workplace experience.

For many young adults with developmental disabilities, finding a clear path to meaningful employment can be uncertain.

That’s why this program helps students prepare for employment, building independence and practical skills along the way.
