👉 Learn More: www.bachelorofmillionaire.com PrabaHARAN, the CEO of Achievers' Wealth Institute in Markham, Ontario, is a many-in-one personality – a leading real estate mentor, financial consultant, wealth-building professional, licensed real estate agent, financial adviser, insurance broker, and many more, and that’s only a brief of what he is now. Recent
ly, in 2014, he added a new, colorful feather to his cap – he co-authored an international bestseller, Achieve: Secrets from Successful Entrepreneurs, with other hugely successful North American entrepreneurs such as Robert G Allen, Sunil Tulsiani and the like. While everyone else clamored that same path of going to college, he figured out the smarter route by finishing certifications and went on to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, which landed him a good position at Hudson Bay in Canada. He took his life head on by deciding to invest his college funds on buying a property, his very first of the many more to come, when he was only 27. From the age of 32 to 35, he would proceed to invest by buying one property every year – he would find rundown properties, buy them, make minor fixes, and rent them out. This helped PrabaHARAN to build not only the equity of the property but also his own confidence. PrabaHARAN got his own real estate license in 2004 and an insurance license in 2007 to become a financial and insurance advisor. Surprise! This was his part-time; being an IT professional was his full-time job. When layoffs from IT companies aren’t alien to us, we know the depression and frustration being let go from a stable job can bring. But this CEO isn’t one to be pulled down by such situations – in fact it is when he became financially independent at the age of 38, on the very same day by procuring a property, changing his life forever; his returns from his investments sufficed for most of his daily necessities. The financial ways and teachings of Donald Trump, Tony Robbins, and David Bach influenced him immensely. After being trained by all of them, he was also mentored by Raymond Aron, Frank Cobin, and Sunil Tulsiani. What started out with helping friends and family for real estate, with a part-time job, has now developed into a full-fledged career, helping him grow into an established professional and becoming a mentor to produce many more financially independent people!
