Friday we celebrated Carly 💚
For the past 3 years, Carly has been such a special part of the MyBabbo team—and now, the tides of life are taking her on a new adventure… all the way to Australia 🇦🇺✨
Carly first came to us through a search rooted in grief. Like so many of us, she has experienced loss that helped shape her story—and what a gift that search turned out to be. From day one, Carly brought heart, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it means to truly support others.
Over the years, she quickly grew from Legacy Creator to Client Happiness Manager, and most recently to Head of HR—where she led our team’s scheduling, training, and so many meaningful initiatives.
There are countless things we love about Carly: her positivity, her willingness to jump in wherever needed, her true team-player spirit, her incredible listening skills, and her natural ability to make people feel seen and supported. She meets people exactly where they are—and that is something truly special.
While we will miss her deeply, we couldn’t be more excited for the adventure ahead. Life is too short not to embrace it fully—and Carly is doing exactly that 🌊
We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way and can’t wait to follow along on your journey (yes, we expect lots of photos 😉).
