As a mortgage professional for 13+ years, I’ve learnt that there is a huge information gap between the client and the bank.

And no amount of websites and pamphlets can help bridge this gap. There is an imbalance of knowledge between the two that can only be fixed by an intermediary.

As that intermediary and an advocate for the client, it’s my responsibility to ensure that my clients understand 100% of the information when making these financial decisions.
