Invest WindsorEssex is excited to announce over $3.8 million in funding for the Battery Boost: Technical Training for Battery Manufacturing Careers program. Supported by Upskill Canada, powered by Palette Skills, and funded by the Government of Canada, this initiative is part of a broader effort to take an industry-oriented approach to developing the EV battery manufacturing sector.

Running from February 2025 to March 2026, the program will train over 400 participants to support the growth of the battery manufacturing industry in Canada.
