Merchant 1 Payments is presently looking for an I.T. Admin/Systems Support Specialist for the Vaughan head office location.
This person will be responsible to:
Requirements:
Managing day-to-day support
Activation of terminals, E-commerce
and virtual terminal accounts
Support team and ensure all work
stations are working properly
(hardware/software)
2 years experience with Salesforce
CRM.
Customer service, exceed the client's
expectations
Office 365 Administrator
Voice Over IP (Voip)
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Daily Administration and support of
SalesForce: Managing multiple user
setups, profiles, roles, customization of
objects, fields, record types, page
layouts, work flow and validations
Maintain and support the internal
technology and infrastructure
Manage the office supplies and keep
track of inventory
Answer and direct any incoming
inquiries
The ideal candidate must have/possess:
1 to 2 years of experience in a small to mid-size company as technical support or Corporate IT support.
• Post-secondary education in t
technology support services or
equivalent capability from relevant work
experience
• Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft
365, Microsoft AD/Domain
Administrator• Strong skills in providing
end user support for office applications
such as MS Office suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and able
to provide support to users of these
products
• Proven skills and experience supporting
end users running various MS Operating
Systems
• Fundamental understanding of LAN
and IP networking
• Possess excellent trouble shooting and
problem solving skills
• Take initiative and autonomously learn
new technology.
• Must demonstrate superior
organization and prioritization skills.
• Have a general curiosity and interest
regarding how technology works.
• Possess the ability to function in a
dynamic team environment, including
the ability to work
