Producing personal life story videos of you or your senior loved ones for your family to enjoy for generations.

James has shot documentaries about environmental, poverty reduction, and cultural issues. Heโ€™s filmed in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Guatemala, Thailand, Mongolia, Vietnam, Indonesia, The United States and Canada.

James has also produced many promotional videos, educational videos and short bios for various clients in Canada, the US and China.

But itโ€™s the two biography videos he did of his father and grandmother that hold the most meaning to him. Looking to expand on his passion for helping people tell their stories, James founded Family History Studio, which produces custom life story videos for families, particularly seniors to pass down their memories and wisdom to their descendants โ€“ in their own voice.

These videos become priceless over time.

He also produces short bios for professionals to highlight their careers for their websites and social media pages.

Mortgage Protection Plan (MPP) coverage is technically not a Lender, but...

Did you know that whenever I complete a mortgage, Iโ€™m required to offer Mortgage Protection Plan (MPP) coverage?

Itโ€™s completely optional, but itโ€™s there to help protect homeowners and their families if life takes an unexpected turn. Depending on the coverage selected, MPP can help cover mortgage payments during a disability or even pay off the mortgage balance in the event of death.

One thing many people donโ€™t realize is that this coverage has absolutely been used by families who suddenly found themselves facing difficult circumstances.

The lowest rate always means the best mortgage.

What many borrowers donโ€™t realize is that mortgage penalties can vary dramatically between lenders, sometimes by thousands (or even tens of thousands) of dollars.

If life changes and you need to:

โ€ข relocate
โ€ข separate
โ€ข or access equity

your penalty calculation matters.

Thatโ€™s why I always encourage clients to look beyond just the interest rate and understand the full mortgage product before signing.
