Celebrated back in May 2022 the 1 year mark of another one of our rent to own program entries. Great family that has persevered through some tough times. It was our honour to partner with them and be part of their journey to owning the home they were renting for a long time. We negotiated a great price with the landlord and they have built some solid equity in a short amount of time.
