Keeping home insurance affordable in Canada isn't just an insurance issue. It's a community, infrastructure, housing, and climate resilience issue.

As extreme weather events become more frequent and costly, maintaining access to affordable coverage will require collaboration between insurers, governments, builders, brokers, real estate professionals, and homeowners alike.

Our CIP Society's latest Quarterly Review explores how Canada can continue to avoid the availability and affordability crises experienced in parts of the U.S., while building a more resilient future for homeowners here: https://bit.ly/4wvJ7k1

🔥Hot New CIP Elective C27: Introduction to Loss Prevention🔥

The course explores a simple but powerful idea: some of the most important work in insurance happens before a claim occurs.

C27 examines how loss prevention professionals help reduce risk and support better outcomes across the insurance value chain while covering everything from hazards, codes, and regulations through to fire, water, crime, liability, technology, and climate change.

If you're curious about the bigger picture of risk and how prevention influences underwriting, claims, and client success, register here for the fall semester: https://bit.ly/4zMvBKJ
