In light of the evolving situation in Ukraine, PLATFORM has established a donation-matching program with our colleagues in support of the Canadian Red Cross. PLATFORM chose the Canadian Red cross not only because they are working closely with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, but also because of the Government of Canada’s initiative to match donations of up to $10 million.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize our amazing team here at PLATFORM and their overwhelming response to this cause.

We would also like to send our thoughts and prayers to those impacted by this crisis and encourage other members of our network to donate.

Money raised will enable the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to respond to humanitarian needs generated by almost eight years of conflict, as well as preparedness and response efforts due to heightened tensions in Ukraine.
