Hey everyone!
We hope you are all having a great summer! As we are almost half-way through the summer break, our team wanted to bring an excellent opportunity to your attention!
Harvard’s Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) will be hosting their annual Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC) in October. It is a globally recognized convention that attracts people from across the world who have a passion for business and the drive for success in the development of a more equitable workplace. Although the conference’s topics pertain to women in leadership, it is highly suggested that delegates of multiple genders attend to bring a variety of perspectives to the event. In the past, individuals such as Helen Gayle, CEO of McKinsey Social Initiative, Jenna Lyons, President & Creative Director of J.Crew, and Marne Levine, COO of Instagram, have attended this event and anticipate that this year's speakers will also portray an endless amount of success in the workplace.

QFAC’s NYC Stock Pitch Competition:
As the U.S. finance recruiting timeline has substantially moved forwards, the Queen's Finance Association Conference (QFAC) will be hosting this year's New York City Stock Pitch Competition this spring from March 21st to 23rd. The event is open to undergraduate students and will provide participants with the opportunity to showcase their equity research and stock picking skills to industry leaders. The top five finalists will be flown to New York City and will have access to exclusive networking opportunities with top firms in New York and QFAC alumni. Additionally, the top 10 finalists will receive an application bypass for QFAC 2018.
