Agent's Equity provides a commission advance service to Canadian real estate agents. Agent's Equity purchases up to 80% (more or less on brokerage approval) of an agent's net commission (net of the GST/HST, etc and net of the office split and any referrals). We primarily fund owner occupied, single family residential re-sale commissions (and new construction that is roof-tight) closing within 150

days. We will look at other deals, however these would be on an "exception basis" only, and would be subject to the approval of our credit manager. Properties we will not advance commissions on would be Commercial deals, Builder Condominiums, Investment/Rental Properties, Vacant Land or in cases where the agent is the seller or buyer. During the current COVID-19 crisis, we have received many inquiries regarding our status. Agent's Equity has the ability to maintain it's operations remotely enabling our staff to keep isolated and safe. Our only limitation would be the ability to pick up a cheque from our office, which will remain in effect until we can safely advise that the option will become available.

Agent's Equity will do our best to maintain our operations Monday to Friday, however our business hours will likely be reduced from normal. We will maintain an Electronic Bank Transfer deadline of 2:00pm EST each business day.
