Agent's Equity provides a commission advance service to Canadian real estate agents. Agent's Equity purchases up to 80% (more or less on brokerage approval) of an agent's net commission (net of the GST/HST, etc and net of the office split and any referrals). days. We will look at other deals, however these would be on an "exception basis" only, and would be subject to the approval of our credit manager. Properties we will not advance commissions on would be Commercial deals, Builder Condominiums, Investment/Rental Properties, Vacant Land or in cases where the agent is the seller or buyer.
