Are they actually solid, or just a piece of paper? This week alone, we’ve had four realtors reach out on Condition of Finance (COF) day because their client’s lender backed out at the very last second. That’s a lot of unnecessary stress on you and your clients!

Is it just me, or is the year already flying by? 🕒

I’ve had a bit of a tough week, and it’s mostly because I hate seeing my clients miss out. I had five or six people call me this week ready to talk about their mortgage renewal... but their current term ends in just three weeks.

I’ll be totally honest with you: three weeks is really pushing it. It just doesn’t leave us enough time to properly shop around our almost 100 lenders or negotiate with your current bank to make sure you’re getting the absolute best deal.
