COVID-19 has brought to the forefront the importance of ensuring our office environment is a safe and healthy place for everyone working in or visiting our facilities. We are very pleased to share that Greybrook has achieved the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Rating having implemented and demonstrated operational policies, maintenance protocols and emergency plans to meet 18 of the rating’s 22 health, wellness, safety, cleaning and sanitization strategies.

Greybrook joins a number of leading organizations that have achieved the rating including Brookfield Properties that last week announced their achievement of the WELL Health-Safety Rating on its portfolio of 114 retail assets and nearly 100 office properties totalling more than 200 million square feet in 10 major markets across Canada and the U.S., and Scotiabank Arena, the first sports and entertainment venue in Canada to achieve the rating.

The partnership establishes Delos’ local presence in Canada through the formation of Delos Canada with a mission to help Canadian businesses, real estate owners, and the public sector advance human health and well-being through the buildings and spaces we inhabit every day.

Our developer partner, Property Markets Group recently announced the formation of PMG Residential. Led by principal Sergio Pintos and managing broker Rodrigo Pintos, the new division has recruited top talent to form an in-house sales team of leading real estate brokers. This dedicated team will support the launch of Greybrook and PMG’s Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, a 1049-foot luxury condominium and hotel in downtown Miami, as well as PMG’s new E11even project.
