Refinancing a mortgage means paying off an existing mortgage with a new one. Although it can save you alot of money. There are many reasons you would refinance:

-Making the length of the mortgage shorter

-To obtain a lower mortgage amount

A mortgage pre approval is a on paper mortgage commitment from a bank/mortgage provider. They lend you a certain amount/rate of loan depending on the risk associated with you’re file.

This will give you the ability to know what you can afford and figure out where you would like to purchase your new home. It also shows you how much your monthly payments would be along with the rate given and how much towards principle and interest!

A pre-approval holds that rate for 90-120 days(sometimes longer), so it wont affect you’re file if rates go up and gives you the advantage while buying. If they go lower the bank will honour it.

Canada Day 2020.. is alot different this time around and they are trying to divide us from one another but always know where you came from and be grateful for the opportunity God gave you to succeed in this country with the beautiful people in it! I know times are hard now with everything going on but STAY STRONG and never give up and respect one another and go out your way to help someone in times of need.
