My greatest rewards in life are not the success, the learnings, the fame, the access and connections, or even the money.
They are:
1. the love, and
2. the values instilled in me by my mother.
Even as a young boy, I would watch her in awe as she always put our needs above her own. Her determination to provide us with the best possible future motivated me to work hard and pursue my dreams.
When I faced challenges in my career, I would think of my mother and her unwavering strength. Her example taught me never to give up, no matter how difficult the road ahead may seem.
As I continue on my journey as an entrepreneur and investor, I carry the lessons my mother taught me with me every day. I strive to work hard and make a positive impact on the world, just as she did.
So when people ask me who my greatest inspiration is, I don't hesitate to say that it's my mother. She is the reason I am who I am today, and I will always be grateful for the love and values she has instilled in me.
Let my story serve as a reminder that the people who inspire us don't have to be famous or well-known. Sometimes, it's the everyday heroes in our lives, like my mother, who leave the greatest impact.
