Our team is very pleased to have arranged the financing for the acquisition of this parcel of development land in Toronto, ON - just south of Centerpoint Mall on Yonge Street.

The proposed condominium development features over 200,000 SF of gross floor area and 250+ residential units along with retail space at grade. The building will be less than a five-minute walk from the newly confirmed subway station at Yonge & Steeles.
