A part of my daily practice is taking a few minutes in the morning to think of 3 things I am grateful for. In life, we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.

Today I am thankful for:
1. Family
2. Good food
3. A warm & comfy bed
