Another significant investment was made by the federal government of Canada to the Women Ecosystem Fund.
These Organizations have received Funding from the WES and may receive more based on the news they using existing WES recipients to distribute the new funds.
My question to this community: Have any of us received a tangible benefit from any of the WES organizations that got funding? if so please share how you were helped and by which organization so we can support and give thanks and recognition to Women organizations that got WES funding and are really making tangible identifiable change to the Canadian business ecosystem.

It looks like the CRA link for the 75% Wage Subsidy (CEWS) is active now. Subsidy of 75% of employee wages for up to 12 weeks, retroactive from March 15, 2020, to June 6, 2020. You need to click on "How to Apply" it begins April 27th. Keep safe everyone.

A heads up that the federal Canada Summer Jobs program has extended the deadline for applications to Friday, February 28th at noon.

Eligible companies have 50 or fewer full-time employees. Not for profits are also eligible.
Eligible young people are from 15 – 30 years of age (no longer restricted to just students).
is available for up to 50% of the provincial minimum hourly wage for private sector companies, and up to 100% of the minimum hourly wage for not for profits.
