Happy St. Patrick’s Day. 🍀

Everyone loves to say successful people “got lucky.” And maybe some of them did.

But this is what I’ve noticed after years in this industry: the people who seem the luckiest are also the ones who showed up the longest.

They made the calls nobody wanted to make. They followed up when it felt pointless. They built systems when they were too busy to build systems.

Luck didn’t find them on the couch.
