🚨The Bank of Canada will likely deliver an encore to last month’s jumbo rate hike at its next policy decision, markets suggest - IN JUNE!🚨

🚨Is the Toronto/GTA housing market crashing?!?🚨

With all of the recent changes by the 2022 Federal budget as well as the interest rate hikes, there has been a definite shift in the market.

Some of the Realtors I work with have expressed how multiple offers have scaled back, and often times have come and gone past the offer date, only to revise the price.

Where there used to be 20 offers on a property, some are only lucky to get 3-5 offers, and that too if the property is in a heavily desired area and is immaculately updated.

➡️ IT DEFINITELY IS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR BUYERS TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THEIR FINANCES TO MAKE AN ENTRY POINT! ✅
