Sales Representatives are expected to work directly with clients and provide Insurance product knowledge and advice. This is a 10-99 High Commission position, there is no cold-calling involved. Advancement Opportunities available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
• Promote financial services and programs.
• Offer solutions to meet client needs and expectations
• Follow Company Guidelines and procedures.

We will provide training on HOW to present products and will teach our proven system that works. The Benefit Representative will serve as the first point of contact for both current and prospective new members. Determining their needs, and offering solutions/options to meet their needs and expectations.

Skills Needed
• Basic Computer Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Must be able to finish tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Complete reports and exceed sales goals
