We went for the sandwiches… and somehow ended up with half the dessert case too.

After our stop at Amici Bakery & Deli in LaSalle, the desserts were way too tempting to pass up.

Raspberry pistachio cake, cannoli, apple crumble, peanut butter s’more cake, lemon meringue pie and chocolate cheesecake all made the cut.

The only thing we skipped? The tiramisu, which sounds like a pretty good reason to go back.
