We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Job Share Opportunity)

Future Focus Financial Planners is currently looking to welcome two part-time individuals to share one administrative role within our growing firm.

We are a close-knit team of five operating in a fast-paced environment, and finding the right fit for our team is just as important to us as experience. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work.

What makes this role unique:

Job share position (2 part-time employees sharing 1 role)

You will work on opposite shifts/days to ensure full coverage

Flexible schedule — you and your partner can decide your rotation (one works a set of days, the other covers the opposite days)

Supportive, team-oriented office environment

Health benefits available – including health & dental coverage

Key responsibilities:

Client communication and scheduling

Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records

Providing administrative support to advisors



We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong attention to detail

Friday night was fantastic evening celebrating and thanking our clients! The staff worked so hard to make it fun and informative. Thanks to Darcy Hulston from Canoe Financial and Peter McDougal from IA Clarington who both spoke. Special thanks to Sandy Sproule who came all the way from Toronto to surprise me from Investia’s head office. Thanks to Troy for being the host and everyone who came. I definitely felt the love in the room that night.
