What You'll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide advice and recommendations on insurance plans. Experience will determine focus. We offer Auto, Home, Farm, Commercial, Life, Disability and Group Benefits insurance.
• Conduct client reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect clients.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound activities.
• Complete risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the client experience.
• Support agency growth through retention, and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
• A passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
•Sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
•General Insurance License OR Life Insurance License is preferred. Willingness to obtain licensing within a specified period will be a condition.
