We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting, experienced mortgage assistant.
In this role, a successful applicant will be responsible for collecting documents, speaking with clients, assisting in putting together files, and staying on top of closing dates and deadlines.
This position traditionally moves at a smooth pace, but during busy periods one should be comfortable and expected to act with a sense of urgency while handling multiple tasks.
The role will require reception duties. Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting in-person clients, keeping the office in a clean and presentable state, and communicating with other brokers in the office.
Someone who is comfortable reading documents, having a high attention to detail, is proficient with adobe, word, and other software, is well spoken, and can effectively communicate will be an asset and ideal fit for this position.
Previous experience in the banking, finance, credit, or mortgage industry is a priority.
