A construction loan enables you to secure financing that covers the cost of building a new home. The lender advances funds to the borrower in intervals known as draws. As each stage of the construction project is completed, more funds are released in order to complete the next step in the construction process.

Clients needed the funds from the scratch for the lot and to build a home. I am so happy that I was able to help them with both their needs. I was able to provide them the combined financing for both lot and building their house with competitive market rates. This process could be very stressful for clients when they already own another house. I am glad that i was able to take them through this process.

I was able to provide them 80% financing on the total cost of the project. Where they also used their existing home equity for the down payment. YESSSSSSS you don't need to have hard cash in your pocket to get financing. You can also use your existing home equity for a down payment.
Project Cost: 1.8 million
LTV: 80%
Funded Amount: $1.44 million.
