During these tough times during COVID-19, there is uncertainty with mortgage interest rates. As rates were planning on going on the upward trend pre-COVID era, they freefell from March of this year onward. As such, we are now seeing interest rates for new purchases/refinances/transfers from other banks as low as 1.62% !!!
