Our services include: business loans, business counselling, access to resources and tools and training! The Community Futures Wild Rose office is a community driven, non-profit organization staffed by business professionals and guided by a volunteer Board of Directors specializing is rural Business Development. Funded in party by Western Economic Diversification Canada, Community Futures has been

supporting small business and rural economic diversification since 1986. There are 27 Community Futures offices in rural communities throughout Alberta, and a total of 269 across the country. Extending beyond business financing and counseling, we aim to nurture partnerships, inspire innovative thinking, develop best practice initiatives and promote a healthy, vibrant economic future for our area. We service the communities and counties of: Acme, Bassano, Beiseker, Carbon, Chestermere, Hussar, Irricana, Kneehill County, Linden, Rockyford, Rocky View County, Strathmore, Standard, Three Hills, Trochu and Wheatland County.

The Scale-Up Loan is a growth loan for established businesses seeking to expand in a planned, responsible way. It is designed for established businesses that are already generating revenue and ready to grow.

Many businesses reach a point where expansion opportunities appear: hiring staff, increasing production, purchasing equipment, or entering new markets. Sometimes the opportunity is real, but traditional financing doesn’t quite line up with the timing or structure of the growth plan.

This loan is built for businesses with proven demand, steady revenue, and a clear expansion plan, but who need the right financing partner to help move that plan forward.

Funding is released in stages as your business reaches key milestones, helping ensure expansion happens in a steady, manageable way.

Our team works closely with borrowers to review financials and understand the growth plan, helping ensure the numbers support the opportunity ahead.
