Stop by Fire Hall #2 on Tuesday for a car seat inspection to make sure your most precious cargo is as safe as possible.

The Stratford Police Service, Huron-Perth Children's Aid Society, and the Stratford Fire Department are coming together to hold a Free Car Seat and Booster Seat Clinic on Tuesday, June 9th, from 2pm - 5pm at Fire Hall #2, 44 McCarthy Road, Stratford.

Car Seats and Booster Seats will be inspected by experts from Safe Seats for Kids.

This is a great opportunity to ensure that you are transporting children safely in your vehicle.

There is no appointment necessary, just show up and we will take care of the rest!

The pool days are finally upon us!

LIONS POOL OPENS FRIDAY, JUNE 5

Just in time for the warmer weather on the horizon, the Stratford Lions Pool opens this Friday (June 5), with pre-season hours in effect.

That means lengths swims will be held weekdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m., and open public swims will be held weekdays from 6-8 p.m.

Open public swims will also be held Saturdays and Sundays from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., with lengths from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Pre-season hours continue until June 26, and the regular season hours will begin June 27.
