Update on the latest duplex conversion with my JV partners! Yesterday was day 1, and our contractors started demo on the basement unit. Even during COVID, our permits took just about 3 weeks, so we didn’t experience much of a delay!

A throwback to the day that I had the pleasure of sitting down with talking about mindset and real estate investing. This incredible mastermind provided me with so much value, inspiration, encouragement and action items to help me along in my investing journey. Since this call, I took action on his advice, and I closed on my most recent investment property with my JV partners. I will always remember this conversation Gary, and I can’t wait for the next one! Today I’m very humbled to be closing on my first long term investment property with my JV partners and . Since my investing journey started about a year ago, I have gained an abundance of knowledge through continuous education, learned many valuable lessons, met many great people, and built long lasting relationships with so many investors. All of you have been gracious and generous to take the time to answer my questions and provide me with education and guidance in real estate investing. I want to thank each and every one of you for believing in me, sharing your experiences, and providing me with so much value. Today has proved to me that when you take the time to invest in yourself, educate yourself, believe in yourself, surround yourself with likeminded individuals, and have persistence to achieve your goals through positive mindset, this will result in anything being possible.
