🔹️When Target left Canada in 2014 that left thousands of people without jobs.

🔸️When Sears shut down that left 10's of THOUSANDS in 2018

🔹️When Toys R Us closed 75% of stores that left thousands of people again.

What does that mean to you⁉️

When I left my job over 3 years ago, someone from one of these stores took my place. If I didn't take action then to do a home based career, that person would have been without a job again.

The moral of the story is, why does it take for someone to lose their job or in fear of losing their job to finally realize they need to take action.

Jobs aren't guaranteed. Society is changing.

❌No education or experience is needed, so being "stupid" isn't an excuse.

I have so many new followers in the last few months. Let me tell you a bit about me.
My name is Kristal Stievenard. I'm an independent mom of 2 kids. We have a German Shepard pup named Alpha.

My kids and I moved to Newfoundland in July. We are in the Western area.
I grew up in a small town in the Shuswap of British Columbia, by my independent mother.

Growing up we didn't have a lot, but my mom raised us to always love and care for one another. As a young mom myself at 22 I went through so growing pains we can say. Which lead me to this direction where I am today.

It's my mission in 2024 for my agency to help 100 new families build generational wealth.

When it comes to buying your first home here are so many things to think about. One thing I want to bring to your attention before you sign that paper.
When a mortgage lender offers you mortgage insurance, simply decline. Reason being is because 13% of the time there will be a benefit that pays out and unfortunately the money goes straight to the lender.
When we sit down with all of our clients we want to make sure the mortgage is covered. It helps pay it off leaving your loved ones with a home they no longer have to pay for. You also get to choose who receives the benefit making your family being able to live and cover costs for years to come.

Some people may already have mortgage insurance and that's okay, because it is something we can work on removing. In most cases 80% of the time personal Life Insurance is cheaper, customizable and also has income protection.
