As we close the chapter on 2024 and step into a brand-new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the opportunities ahead and express gratitude for the incredible people who have shaped our journey.

This year brings bittersweet emotions as we celebrate a monumental career and bid farewell to our leader and mentor, Terry Short. After dedicating decades to the world of finance and mortgages, Terry has decided to embrace retirement. His wisdom, compassion, and tireless commitment have been a guiding light for all of us at Advantage Financial Services. Clients and colleagues alike have benefited from his vast experience, quick humour and big heart.

Terry, you’ve made an indelible mark on this team, and your legacy will continue to inspire us every day. While we’ll miss you dearly, we’re also excited for this well-deserved next chapter in your life.

To ensure Terry’s valued clients continue to receive the exceptional care they deserve, David Hynes and Kelly Murray will be stepping in to manage these relationships.
