Job Description

APlus Group of Companies is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote our services to local businesses.

We are seeking someone young and energetic who is interested in making lots of money by promoting APlus Group Insurance and what separates us from other companies.

Requirements

Must be currently Life and Health Licenced
Proficient in Microsoft office suites
Professional sales experience that demonstrates a hunger and passion for opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
Flair for networking and building relationships, as well as a strong work ethic

Duties
Sales Professional that thrives in an independent work environment, meeting with business owners and entrepreneurs every day
Create awareness of APlus products to potential clients:
Utilize sales and marketing programs to add additional value to the broker relationship (i.e. APlus Preferred Partnership Program)
Excellent Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Earning Potential: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00+ / year

Benefits: We offer the opportunity to take part in a cost share Health Plan

This position requires access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
