World Heart Day ❤️

Today is a little more personal for me.

September 5 marked five years since my SCAD heart attack — five years that have given me an entirely different perspective on life, health, gratitude and purpose.

There are moments that remind you just how quickly life can change. And there are milestones that remind you how incredibly grateful you are to still be here.

Five years later, I know one thing for certain:

The Lord is not done with me yet.

So I’ll stay in this world, continue to serve Him, love my people, do the work I’m called to do and be grateful for every day I’m given.
