Incoming Rant:

60% of inflation is caused by supply chain issues. The Bank of Canada has very little control of supply chain issues.

The rate increases are enough!!! 3.5% rate increases in less than a year? After the BoC said "rates are going to stay low for a very long time - so buy buy buy buy!!!!!"

This is ridiculous!

Do NOT just sign the mortgage renewal letter with your current lender.

And do NOT let them pressure you on the phone because "this offer expires by the end of the day". This is the oldest trick in the book.

Reach out to me if your mortgage is coming up for renewal.

DO NOT JUST SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE WHEN YOUR MORTGAGE RENEWS! When you mortgage comes up for renewal, your existing lender will most likely not offer
