Big news! 🚨 The Bank of Canada has announced a RATE DROP!

They’ve decreased the key lending rate, which means the prime rate is also decreasing.

✅ If you have a variable or adjustable-rate mortgage, this change will directly affect you.

⚠️ Fixed mortgage rates don’t always move in sync, but we could see changes there over time, too.
