This September it feels like we're all back to school, learning how to juggle the opportunities and threats against the backdrop of a resurging conflict in Iran, oil prices that are back on the move upward fueling more inflation concerns, a reignited trade war between Canada and the U.S., and increasing concerns about rising global bond yields.
On the plus side, we saw better than expected economic growth in Canada and stable unemployment rate. The A.I. trade also seems to continue to support the financial markets as we come off an almost miraculous earnings season.
